"Hard to put into words how lucky I am to have connected with Roz.  Her training is inspiring, spirited and, how do I say it ... well, you know that feeling when someone you meet is just a "good person" ...  that's what I feel about Roz. We love our "Roz Workouts" as we call them, even if we are still talking about them days later as we discover muscles we never even knew we had! It's a shame because I'd love to keep Roz all to myself ;) but it would also be a shame to not share!"
